What makes a great working relationship?
There are many opinions as to why some working relationships succeed while others fail. Systemation mentions that strong work relationships have these four elements: trustworthiness, care, commitment, and the ability to bond through adventures. Meanwhile, others fail essentially because the people involved lack effective communication strategies.
These two are perfect partners
Steve and Chanzie are two of the most talented dancers in the world. Among dance enthusiasts, they are almost legends. Their moves are smooth, cool, and full of energy.
They have known each other since 2006. However, they did not form a partnership immediately. They only danced with each other competitively in 2014.
They dance so well together that some are surprised at how relatively short their working relationship actually is. Some even surmise that their chemistry must be because of romance. Unfortunately for their shippers, it appears that they are not a couple. In fact, Chanzie’s wedding to a guy called Jorge Gomez was featured on the Barcelona Shag Society’s Facebook page in 2016.
They are the best dance partners for each other
Steve and Chanzie have an amazing rapport on the dance floor. In one of their dances featured on YouTube, we see the two of them twist, turn and swing effortlessly. Their moves are unforced.
When you watch them groove, it feels as if you are witnessing two people doing simple moves. However, to the trained eye, one will see that their choreography is nuanced. Only those with the highest of skills can pull off the steps as effortlessly as they do.
Their chemistry is off the charts

Steve and Chanzie have a great rapport. They are a match made in dance heaven. It is not just their footwork that is in sync. Their overall presentation reeks of teamwork. They curate their style and facial expressions to present a very fluid dance.
One plus one is two
Perhaps, one of this team’s biggest secrets is that they are also very good dancers individually. In certain sections of their routine, they show off that even on their own, they can shine. The one-foot turns they do are just a sight to see.
Friends make great partners
The couple’s swing routine is no picnic. The footwork is lightning fast. Their moves require athleticism.
In this video, they are dancing to Sam Cooke’s “Twisting the Night Away.” While the song is upbeat and catchy, its beat seems a bit more irregular than most dance-friendly songs. Thus, Steve and Chanzie keeping up with this funky hit is impressive.
They also do quick stunts
Before their routine ends, we see Steve literally swinging his dance partner into the air. Talk about showmanship!
When the dance partners end their two-minute dance, the audience is ecstatic. They clap and cheer loudly for them. The love they receive is fully deserved.
Steve and Chanzie prove that dancing is great but having a perfect dance partner is greater.
