There is something to be said about great performers. They play in gigantic stadiums and sell out tickets to their concerts within minutes. They know exactly what their fans want and deliver every single time – their dynamic sense of showmanship and palpable passion is what keeps us coming back for more.

Bruce Springsteen may be 76 years old, but that never stops him from delivering a performance that’s amazing on every level. The energy at his concerts is absolutely legendary.

Fans will all agree that Springsteen just seems to improve with age, like a fine wine. Accompanied by the E Street Band, his enthusiasm seems to know no bounds.

In a legendary concert in Helsinki, Springsteen hammered out 33 songs and played for four hours – something artists half his age wouldn’t dare to do.

When it comes to memorable performances, Springsteen is a seasoned pro. He’s been known to banter, crowdsurf, and take special requests from the crowd. He carefully chooses his songs and strikes a perfect balance that includes classic covers, rarities, and smash hits.

But a video of one of his concerts back in 2012 was definitely one of the most memorable moments in one little girl’s life.

If you’ve ever attended a Bruce Springsteen concert, you would have noticed how much he loves to interact with his fans. He often picks people out from the crowd and invites them on stage to sing with him.

Four-year-old Nevaeh was in the front row with her parents at a concert in Los Angeles, and this was her very first Springsteen show.

She was sitting on her dad’s shoulders and singing along with The Boss when he noticed her while he was singing “Waitin’ on a Sunny Day.”

Springsteen made a beeline for her and gestured with his hand. He wanted her to come up on stage!

Nevaeh was carried to the stage by her parents while Springsteen sat down and waited for her. When she got there and sat down beside him, he motioned for the band to stop playing with a flick of his finger.

Then, he leaned over and held the microphone for her.

But when she started to sing, his reaction was priceless.

The tiny girl knew all the words to “Waitin’ on a Sunny Day,” and she wasn’t nervous to be singing in front of a stadium filled with people!

Springsteen looks seriously impressed!

Springsteen sang a few words and handed the microphone back, letting her steal the spotlight.

“I’m mystified!” he exclaimed when she finished.

When Nevaeh was done, he took her hand. They bowed together and the crowd went absolutely wild.

And, thankfully, Nevaeh’s grandparents recorded the whole thing!

Then, he affectionately scooped her up and returned her to her parents. The entire thing is just so sweet that the video has been viewed more than 4 million times. But that’s not all.

“After the song Bruce came back over and asked how old she was and after hearing she was 4 he stated “youngest member of the E Street Band ever,” the video description adds.
