Another hilarious episode of Celebrity Family Feud has come and gone! One of the most recent episodes was retired MLB players versus retired NBA players.
The NBA team wound up winning the game and that means they got to go to the Fast Money round at the very end of the show.
For the Fast Money round, the NBA team picked Charles Barkley, who played for the Philadelphia 76s and Houston Rockets. Their second pick was Shaquille O’Neal, who played for the Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Shaq and Charles have one of the funniest friendships and always like to take shots by making fun of each other.
The point of Fast Money is to answer five questions in 20 seconds (25 seconds for the second person to go) and try to get 200 points total.
Since two people play Fast Money, ideally each player needs to get at least 100 points. Often times, one member of the team tends to carry them to the finish, with someone getting more than 100 points on their own.
The questions that each retired NBA player was asked during the round, in exact order are”
“We asked 100 married women, if it were up to you, how many nights a week would you make love?”
“Name something specific on a football player that might be too tight?”
“Name someone thing you need before you start cooking BBQ?”
“Fill in the blank: Fortune _________”
“Name a drink that is served both hot and cold”
Charles Barkley was up first and earned 134 points for his team. One of his answers only got 5 points, but another answer got 62, so he snagged a great score overall.
Next up was Shaq and don’t let his size fool you – Shaq is one smart cookie!
The best part about Shaq being on the show is how much he dwarfed over host Steve Harvey. And Steve isn’t a little man!
But anyone would look small next to Shaq, the man is 7’ 1” after all! Steve could not get over how little he looked next to Shaq.
Shaq got 25 seconds to answer the same five questions as Charles and he managed to squeeze in five great answers during that time.
All they needed was 66 points and they’d win Fast Money! Thankfully, Shaq’s answers were able to get them to 200 points in just three questions.
By getting to 200 points during Fast Money, the NBA team won $25,000 for the charity of their choice.
They picked the Mustard Seed School, which is in Hoboken, New Jersey, not very far from Shaq’s hometown of Newark, New Jersey.
Who knew that Shaq and Charles Barkley would be so good as Fast Money? If they ever needed a different career path than basketball, game shows would be the obvious choice!
