When you are asked to imagine a fun time, police officers will probably not be the first group of people that comes to your mind. Police officers are more associated with serious situations. The phrase โfun policeโ has been created to even joke about a person that tries to end a fun time.
We all know a member of the โfun policeโ too. Weโve all had to tolerate a sheriff of the fun police trying to arrest us on charges of โhaving too much funโ.

BUT, What if when we say fun police, we actually mean a police officer that is fun?
One police officer has proved that he can both fun, and a member of the police force. In fact this recruitment video might make you want to be a member of the fun police.
The Gitup challenge is the rootโnest, tootโnest challenge out there, and police departments all over the United States are stepping up to the dance floor to strut their stuff. Blanco Brownโs โGit Up Songโ gets brought to life with one or more of these fine badge-wielding-boot-tappers in the new viral challenge.

This particular officer is Deputy Estrada of the Bexar County Police Department, Texas, did we mention he is also hunky too?
And heโs kickinโ his heels for the recruiting team of his department.

He has the kind of swarthy look that has earned comments like โ
โThis is the OFFICER I want to pull me over๐โ
The Youtube comment board is overflowing with appraisals of this manโs good looks. Maybe he didnโt even need to dance to make this go video viral!
โOh boyโฆ This one wins, by farโฆ How many women are sending fan mail to this deputy? LOLโฆโ
Obviously the fact that he can dance is what adds to his dreaminess. Letโs see what heโs got!

What better way to start a dance routine than with a โB-boy stanceโ?
With his arms crossed like that, is look as if he is about to start break-dancing and not โGit-Up.โ I donโt know about you but Iโd pay good money to see an officer of the law do a head-spin. What Estrada breaks out next however, is even better when he kicks into doing what he does best.
You can see why they chose a good-looking officer as drenched in swagger as Deputy Estrada!
It would be easy enough to do a typical and overdone country-style dance, but thatโs not the case with the shoulder dippinโ contemporary moves our man busts out! It also does not hurt that while Blanco Brownโs โGit Up Songโ is essentially a country song, it also has an upbeat hip-hop style drum machine in the background!

Estrada steps perfectly in time to the beat, and stays cool, calm and collected the whole time. Heโs got a steady swagger that earns him all those heart emojis! Maybe thereโs another career for a sure-stepping fellow such as this if the front-line ever gets old.
He makes it seem so easy!

With a hat-tippinโ pose like this he could be doing a good olโ fashioned barn dance. Our officer here clearly has no trouble stepping through his moves with absolute ease. Every move Deputy Estrada makes is not only perfectly on time, but made with a fun-loving, casual grin. Itโs clear that he loves his jobโฆ and also dancing on the job.
That was probably why he was chosen to recruit!

Well, after watching Deputy Estrada strut his stuff, I have only one question:
Where do I sign up?
Iโd say this recruitment video is highly effective! Estrada proves that being a Police Officer doesnโt mean having to sign up to the Fun Police too. He really is an example of police being fun!

Watch the full video below to really experience Estradaโs swagger. I dare you not to tap them toes!
