Even though this talented musician has been seen performing in a number of different locations for a while now, nobody has been able to identify the passionate man. He regularly plays the violin on the streets and in Walmart parking lots in central Florida and is hence known as ‘the mystery violinist’.

The mystery certainly adds a certain charm and mystique to the whole thing, but this talented man is also performing out of necessity. He gave his first musical concert around Christmas time, and his performances are accompanied by a sign, asking for help.

“Please help me,” the sign reads. “I have two kids, I don’t have money for rent and bills. God bless you and Happy New Year!”

Even though street artists definitely aren’t something new, this man’s incredible violin performances are just astonishing to see and hear. Numerous videos have been posted online of the man, but we can only imagine how much more impressive it would be if you were able to witness this man’s talent first-hand.

Eddie Ramirez was one of those lucky shoppers who came across the man and he posted a video of him playing on his Facebook page. Eddie also said that the man revealed that he was unable to work because of an unknown reason.

His post quickly was quickly shared by many and it even led to other people who spotted him to share their experience as well.

“This was at Walmart in Bartow, FL the other night. This family is in financial need and the gentleman is unable to work. He is super talented on that violin. If you see them around, say a prayer for them. Share this forward.”

“Just walked out of the car, and there he is, playing his violin, live,” the man later said to FOX 13. “Just awesome. Really, really good.”

“Who knows where his life has taken him that he has to do this to try and make a living to support his family,” he added.

In this performance, the mystery musician gives a stunning violin rendition of John Legend’s fantastic song ‘All of Me’.

A performance this good is not something you see or hear every day, especially in a place where you’d least expect it – the parking lot of a Walmart store, for example.

The mystery violinist certainly proved he could perform a popular hit song such as this one, but he excels at playing classical music pieces as well. Other uploaded footage shows him playing ‘Pachelbel’s Canon’, a composition written in the 17th century.

“I went to Walmart for some groceries and noticed a man playing the violin in front of the parking lot. I immediately got excited because I love the violin, and we parked. I jumped out with some money to give him and my phone to video him,” the video caption reads.

“While standing there three or four other people came over with phones to videotape, and several people just stood there and listen to him. It was nice to see people slow down for a minute and enjoy something so beautiful.”

This mystery man’s musical performances haven’t gone unnoticed, and an assistant professor in the Music Department of Florida Southern College is even praising the man’s talents.

“It is apparent that he has a really good ear and that he has a passion for playing the violin,” the assistant professor, Dr. Kira Omelchenko, said to FOX. “Anyone who has that kind of ability and that big of a heart to share their music, they’re an artist.”

Since these videos were uploaded, the man seemingly hasn’t popped up anywhere else. However, you never know what you’ll find in a parking lot, and perhaps this mystery violinist will show up one day to give great impromptu music performances once again.
