In the project, artists play songs from bed for all the kids stuck in their own beds at home!

That’s the Bedstock idea in a nutshell. Artists try to offer music medicine to those in need, and it’s one of the most beautiful projects we have come across. For more information, visit the official website.

For example, if you choose that you want to feel happy, “Keep Your Head Up” by Andy Grammer and “Come On Eileen” by Ukuladies will pop up on your screen. Of course, there’s plenty of songs you can listen to—those two are simply the featured ones.

It’s easy to fall in love with Thompson’s incandescent voice.

As the Bedstock project says, the artists perform in their beds and perform any song they want. Therefore as the video begins, we see Thompson sitting on a bed with a guitar on her lap.

As it turns out, this is also one of two official Louisiana state songs.

Virginia Shehee, a businesswoman and politician from Louisiana, was the first to introduce legislation to make “You Are My Sunshine” the official Louisiana state song. We’re not surprised—the song is beautiful from the first note until the very end!
