Most of us spent our childhoods performing “concerts” for our families – dressing up in our favorite outfits and singing along to the latest pop song with a toy microphone. Sometimes we sang along to songs on the radio in the car with our parents.

But unlike most of us, five-year-old Sophie Fatu has been performing professional quality YouTube videos alongside her mother.

The adorable duo cover famous songs together, taking on challenging tunes like Shallow, Say Something, and in this video, Never Enough from the Greatest Showman. Loren Allred was praised by critics for her amazing performance in the recent movie and surprised audiences around the world.

It’s a challenging musical score even for experienced professionals! So let’s see how Sophie and her mother, Vicky did.

Vicky takes the lead and kicks off the song with her soft and smooth voice.

Then, looking a little shy, Sophie joins in.

You can see she’s being encouraged by Vicky, who’s looking lovingly into her daughter’s eyes.

The music video is too cute and features little Sophie wearing a big fluffy white dress and rose covered headband. She’s running around outside, hair blowing in the wind, having a grand old time.

As the music picks up, and the song becomes more emotional, the two are holding hands and singing in unison.

I guess it’s no surprise because they’re related… but their voices sound so lovely together. Sophie has a lot of control over her range for someone who was just five years old at the time!

When asked about her singing career, Sophie says she just wants her music to bring people happiness.

“I just want to make everybody happy because it warms my heart. That’s what’s all important. I just need to sing for them so they’re happy and they have great days. That makes me happy too,” she told VV Daily Press.

At the age of five, Sophie became the youngest contestant on America’s Got Talent. She may not have won, but it helped to skyrocket her career.

Sophie is now seven years old, and has already become a successful jazz recording artist!

What was your greatest accomplishment at seven?

I think mine was being “Most Improved Player” in my baseball league because I stopped laying down in the outfield every game and actually tried to play.

This girl has 110k Instagram followers, and has already been on America’s Got Talent and Ellen. She wins.

She didn’t win, but it definitely helped to sky rocket her career!

Her mother also continues to put out music videos, all while juggling her daughter’s busy schedule and caring for all three of her children.

She’s a super mom!

But Vicky is no stranger to the industry. She grew up in Russia where she became a concert pianist and quickly became a child star.

“I was a little older than Sophie when my career started. I was discovered very early and I toured and travelled the world.”

She even played for the Queen of England!

This adorable pair definitely have a bright future, and it looks like they’re having a lot of fun singing beautiful songs together!
