She was born for this. 🤩

Zumba can be as simple or as intense as you make it. The dance-heavy exercise is a favorite in places like the Philippines among moms, aunts, and uncles.

And appropriately enough, that’s where this video comes from. This Zumba group in the Philippines is feeling it today.

They’ve got a performance ready with a decently sized crowd.

Most people sign up for Zumba classes just to lose weight or get those joints moving. Though some folks are more committed to it than others.

There’s nothing wrong with doing it casually, of course.

Leading the group is a dancer quite a bit smaller than the others – a little girl, in fact.

And if she’s front and center, then she must have the skill to back that up. There’s nothing quite like the energy of a young child, and Zumba can prove to be a great outlet for all that energy.

So what can she do?

Judging from the cheers she’s getting from the front, it sounds like she’s got a reputation already.

Could that be her family in the crowd cheering her on? It could very well be.

There’s no time to waste.

The music comes blasting out of the speakers and we can finally see what this girl can do.

And she’s pretty damn good.

You hear that song? That’s “I Will Survive”, which is a pretty energetic song in its own right.

And she’s got the moves to match it. She stomps and sways with all the effort that her little body can muster, and she quickly shows us why she’s leading the group.

The cheers get even louder, and she deserves every bit of it.

She’s so fluid and lithe in her steps that she sets high expectations for anyone joining Zumba classes with her.

Need I remind you that Zumba is an exercise dance for a reason? It’s meant to make you work up a sweat.

I’d imagine most of us would be panting and out for the count after just a few seconds of trying this.

But look at her.

She’s got stamina for days, and shows no signs of stopping.

The other Zumba dancers of course need to make sure they don’t fall behind.

Easier said than done when the lead you need to follow is moving like this.

Hook her up to a generator and she could probably power the whole town.

In fact, I’m starting to wonder if she could be an instructor herself. With movement and confidence like that, I don’t see why not.

Plus, I think any would-be students would be a lot less anxious about getting lessons from a little girl. It doesn’t sound like too bad of an idea, right?

They end with a bow, knowing they gave the crowd one heck of a show tonight.

I’m sure this little girl’s parents are mighty proud of her. They should be.
