As far as entertainment on the dance floor goes, this one should make it on anyone’s top five list. There’s no way that a burly man like John Lindo would be able to pull off stunning dance moves, right? Well see, the man is an international award winning West Coast Swing Dance Champion and instructor. His skills are always paired with humor and grace.
His partner is Jessica Cox. This lady of the Swing is known for her fun, vivacious, and sexy style. Jessica has been dancing since she was 5 and you can bet she’s got numerous awards and titles under her slim figure. She’s got that sassy attitude alright. Look at the way she struts on to the dance floor as their names are called. She even does a little bump and grind on her partner.

John, on the other hand, walks with his full frame on display, head up and straight like an enforcer out to carry an order for his boss. But this man wouldn’t hurt a fly. The only thing he sets fire to is the dance floor.
Now where you would normally hear a jazzy tune for a West Coast style dance, John and Jessica opted for Justice Crew’s “Boom Boom.” This is something you’d more likely expect to her in a club club full of young people.
But those kids can’t dance like Lindo and Cox. No, sir.
It starts of with a few moves from Jessica as John holds her close, and when the beat picks up, John spins his partner a few times to the catchy tune with Jessica emphasizing her hips and flipping her hair for that extra sauce on the side.
Now check out John. How does a man of his build move like that? He matches Jessica step for step, shuffling his weight from left to right, maintaining that tempo all the way before he turns around and does a catwalk strut much to the delight of the audience.
I think most people were expecting Jessica to bring out her trademark sexy style, which she does, but it’s John who got the crowd’s attention with his sharp strutting and facial expressions.
Well Jessica’s not having it!
A little hip shake here and there, plus a dazzling spin should do it.
Now since they chose to dance to this song, John and Jessica threw in a couple of club moves by just pumping both fists.
Even online viewers are impressed.
“They both compliment each other. I love to watch them dance together.”
Who would have thought that this giant of a man would do so well with a sassy lady like Jessica?
“They are fabulous! Would love to take a lesson or two from them.”
Well they both teach so you’re in luck!
Jessica is quick on her feet. Keep your eyes on her, you wouldn’t want to miss anything. As amazing as she is, it’s incredible to see John keep up with her and even initiate most of the moves for Jessica to follow.
