We bring you young violin prodigy, whose fan base has grown into several million in less than two years.
Her name is Karolina Protsenko, and she is a true talent.
The young girl was born in Ukraine, but her parents moved to the United States in 2014, and Karolina started violin lessons the same year.
She was only six years old when she first started to play, so she has spent half of her life with the instrument. If you didn’t see the video and only heard her play, you would have never thought it was played by a child on the instrument!
Her style is mature, classical, on point and very precise.
However, there is something playful in the way she brings those notes to life. Karolina began busking in late 2017. When summed up on all platforms, her video has been viewed more than 500 million times!
Karolina’s YouTube channel has 4.05 million subscribers, and her music is available on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play.
Believe it or not, this young lady already has four albums of covers under her belt.
The latest album Karolina released is called Sky, we would say that the name is very symbolic.
It suits her well because only the sky is the limit for this talented girl whose skills and popularity continue to grow. The adorable girl has appeared on many TV shows and has garnered much praise from America’s Got Talent judge and comedian Howie Mandel.
Despite the new-found fame, Santa Monica 3rd Street promenade remains Karolina’s favorite place to play.

Her outfit, hair, attitude and behavior all suit her age.
We’re proud of her and of her parents too, because she’s not trying too hard to grow up before it’s time. Karolina radiates joy—she looks as if she enjoys her childhood to the fullest, and the violin is her companion.
People are mesmerized, and there are plenty of reasons why.
We all love “Hallelujah,” but Karolina gives a whole new take on the familiar classic.
Karolina is well-received by the crowd and her talent is undeniable. We can only imagine all the things the future holds for her. It would be perfect to hear the music she’s personally composed—we bet people would be dazzled!
Now that she’s gained attention with covers, there is much more room to experiment.
