If there’s good music playing it can be impossible to resist the urge to dance. And if you’re really brave, it doesn’t even matter if you’re in public!

An elderly man was walking through a shopping area in the Netherlands when a street performer caught his attention. He liked his music so much that he decided to boogie along with him.

For several minutes, both of the gentlemen jammed out together while strangers strolled by. Their little “dance-off” was so awesome that it ended up going viral!

There’s one video, in particular, that’s captured the internet’s heart.

During a trip to The Hauge, Borja set up in front of some shops and began performing an improv of “Riders on the Storm.”

While rocking out, an older gentleman stopped to enjoy the show. But just because he’s a “grandpa-type” doesn’t mean there isn’t still fire under his feet… Just wait until you see him move!

In the video, the guy busts out dancing near the street performer.

Dressed in a hat and carrying a cane, he quickly proves that age is nothing more than a number. The man dances along to Borja’s guitar playing like he’s got a battery in his back. From the looks of it too, they’re both having an absolute blast!

One YouTube user commented:

“If more people were like those two, there would peace in the world. This is what life is about, music, dance and love.”

There are a lot of youngsters who couldn’t even do this…

At one point, the older gentleman bends backwards and it causes a crowd member to cheer. I mean, you gotta admit, that’s some pretty impressive flexibility.

They dance their hearts out together and it’s incredible to watch.

Borja shared the feel-good performance online with the following caption:

“This man is pure style. Spontaneous moment recorded in the streets of The Hague, The Netherlands 👴🏻🕺🏼”

In only one week, the video has been viewed over six million times on Facebook alone.

Borja ended up discovering who the amazing mystery dancer was. By no surprise, he’s someone who enjoys live music and cutting a rug.

The street performer shared:

“I got finally in touch with the dancer! His name is Roland Parijs and he has such a great spirit! He was missing these days some live music, since he’s very used to dance. Luckily we meet and the magic happened!”
