Darci Lynne Farmer has finally come back to America’s Got Talent!
In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last year, we’ll give you a refresher. Darci Lynne won season 12 of America’s Got Talent.
At the time, she was 12 years old, which makes her one of the youngest winners on the show. She came in first place for the season but has a special number with 3 as well – as she was the third ventriloquist to win, the third child to win, and the third girl/woman to win.
When Darci Lynne first auditioned for AGT, she instantly became an “act to watch” because of her immense and incredible talent.
Darci has used her ventriloquism to deal with shyness and anxiety in order to help her branch out and find comfort.
After earned a Golden Buzzer in her audition, Darci was automatically sent to the Live Shows on AGT. Week after week, she proved that she was the ultimate star of season 12.
Sure enough, when the season finale came, it was no surprise that Darci Lynne was crowned the winner on September 20, 2017.
Winning AGT came with an incredible prize for Darci Lynne. She won $1 million and a show the PH Showroom at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Even though she is now a big success, Darci Lynne likes to give credit to AGT for launching her career. She returned to the show for the first week of Live Shows.
During the Live Shows on AGT, typically each week the show has a guest performer, as the show airs for two nights (instead of one, like during the Auditions and Judges Cut rounds).
For her return to America’s Got Talent, Darci Lynne performed “Show Off” and she brought a special guest – Petunia! Petunia is the puppet that Darci performed with when she earned her Golden Buzzer.
Just like when she was competing on AGT when Darci Lynne finished all of the judges were on their feet. Mel B was cheering extra loud (Darci Lynne was her Golden Buzzer pick for season 12).
The video was posted on America’s Got Talent’s Facebook page, where it was quickly engaged with by fans of the show.

If she was on this season, she would win again. No one on this Season comes close to her. I truly have not found anyone this season to root for like her.

One YouTube user admit that they used to resent Darci Lynne, but got over that fast. They wrote:
Y’know, I used to almost resent her at first, because she can do this amazing thing, and then there’s plain ol’ me.
But then, after I stopped comparing myself to her, I realized that she’s really talented and adorable. I love her!!
