Babies are known for a few things: crying, sleeping, pooping… and that’s about it. But they can also be super cute and surprise us with all kinds of unexpected behavior! Just like this adorable little infant named Ella Mae.
The 20 month old was sitting in her car seat, happily waiting for her dad to arrive and drive her away somewhere.
As she sees her dad take his seat behind the wheel, she explodes with joy, waving her arms around and saying “Daddy!” over and over again.
Then, her dad starts to drive and turns on his music, with Elvis Presley’s ‘American Trilogy’ starting to play.
Ella Mae seems to instantly recognize the song, making happy little sounds as she hears Presley’s incredible voice.
She then goes back to happily calling her daddy and saying hi to him all over again, before deciding to test out her singing skills and croon along with the King.
As the song goes on, Ella Mae proves to be the perfect duet partner for Elvis Presley. She sings with so much emotion, closing her eyes, shaking her head, and rocking along to the classic track.
She might not know all the words, but she does an amazing job of keeping up with the King all the way through.
There are plenty of Elvis impersonators out there, but Ella Mae has got to be the cutest one of all! As the song builds up to its big crescendo, Ella Mae’s singing gets even louder and more expressive, right up to the very last note. She even pretends to be conducting the whole orchestra near the end of the song, swinging her arms in time with every beat.
Luckily, the adorable infant’s papa had set up a camera in the back of his car to keep an eye on Ella Mae throughout the whole journey, capturing her entire amazing performance for all to see.
