When it comes to dancing most people would agree that they enjoy doing it alone especially when they’re home alone. However, there are some people who love to entertain and they don’t care who is watching them.
“Dance like no one is watching…” We all know the saying!
This young man named Ryan was doing just that: Dancing in his living room, as if no one was watching. Except…
Except there were plenty of people watching.
It seems like Ryan’s living room was transformed into a stage-like room, made for performances. Which is good because when you see Ryan’s dancing skills, the first thing you will probably think is, “Man, somebody give that kid a stage!”
His dance moves are that impressive!
He’s dancing to “I Won’t Dance” by Fred Astaire but with a modern twist.
The dance routine is about 3 minutes long and, in our humble opinion, it’s not long enough. We could watch Ryan dance all day — his moves are so fun, entertaining, and empowering! He absolutely nails the choreography!
When he starts out his dance, he is all dressed up in a suit and bow tie, paired with white sneakers (because he needs comfortable kicks for all of those intense dance moves, obviously!).
The dance routine immediately starts out with some quick footwork as he makes small-but-detailed steps from side to side.
Then he even starts to lip-sync some of the lyrics as he dances which adds a humorous angle to the whole thing. He has people laughing with his immense amount of sass and attitude.
This young guy certainly takes his performance very seriously!
He goes on to whip out several different dances moves to several different songs, switching from more serious songs to sillier songs. He does the robot, the moonwalk, and overall just brings so much personality to the performance.
As he continues, his family cheer him on and scream on the sidelines. It’s so cute!
You can tell how into it he is too — even when he is doing something funny or silly, he never really breaks character! He is fully dedicated to his craft. Even if his craft involves a couple of jokes here and there.
Later on, he takes (or throws) off his jacket and turns his back to his family, shaking his hips from side to side. This is when they get really into it and start cheering him on.
Everyone in his family is so into the performance, which makes it feel extra special.
Not only is it so nice to see this young man pursue his passion, but it’s even more special that he has such a supportive family that chooses to sit and watch everything he has to offer.
Ryan belongs on a stage.
The boy is clearly a star who belongs on a stage but if we’re being honest, we think he’s doing pretty great here with his family, too.
Having his family there with him just creates this certain energy. Everyone is filled with so much love and support and laughter.
Ryan finishes off his performance with some epic moonwalking to an intense EDM song. He glides all over the living room floor, which makes it look like he has superpowers and is practically floating!
The guy is definitely talented! Watch him for yourself in the video below! You may find yourself watching it over and over again.
