Street performers went back to business when the so-called “pandemic lockdown” was lifted. The streets became livelier and more colorful because of talented buskers.

I think most people would agree if I say public pianists are becoming the trend these days, aren’t they? They are all over social media, making not just a living but a name for themselves and inspiring many other street performers.

If you want to talk about good public pianists, you must never forget the name, “Emilio Piano.”

Perhaps that’s what Emil’s videos have been showing by far because more often than not, there’s a surprise waiting when he displays his piano-playing skills in public. Just recently, he came across an innocent girl from the crowd and what happened next was nowhere near everyone’s guess.

The video started with Emil bidding goodbye to a woman violinist and on the side waiting was a young girl who would soon captivate everybody’s hearts.

First, the girl asked Emil if he could play ‘Voilà’ by André Rieu. In his response, the famous public pianist tried playing it to see if it’s what the girl was referring to. Then after affirming it’s the right song, the young girl surprisingly asked Emil if she could sing with him to which he responded with a resounding “Yes!”

People started crowding the area as soon as the little girl began singing.

Voice of an angel.

The 14-year-old girl’s operatic voice easily captured the crowd’s attention.
