If there’s one thing that can bring people together in all the right ways, it’s dancing! Whether you’re moving and grooving with a partner by your side or just cutting loose on the dancefloor with good friends, it’s always fun to move your body to the beat.
Dancing is a big part of life’s special moments, especially weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries, and a great group of friends organized an amazing routine for a very special day.
It was a husband and wife’s 10th anniversary party. Sadly, the husband was suffering from a foot issue that prevented him from hitting the floor, but that didn’t stop his wife and some friends strutting their stuff.
The friends hadn’t danced together since the 90s, but they wanted to put on a special show for all their party guests, performing the utterly awesome ‘Go Hard or Go Home’ line dance routine to the delight of their friends and families.
First up, the man’s wife and two of their female friends step out and show off their funky stuff.
Just Fine by Mary J. Blige plays in the background as the girls groove gracefully in the center of the room, admired by all the guests around them.
Clearly, they must have spent quite a while practicing this routine as they absolutely nail every little bit. Each and every movement is timed to perfection, and there are moments where the girls are so in sync, they look like professional performers!
After about a minute of the ladies dancing, we see two men appear in the background and get ready to step in.
These two men are the husbands of the two other women, and they all practiced and perfected the routine together before the big day.
Eventually, the ladies step to the side and the guys slide on through, showing off their silky smooth moves and awesome dancing talents!
These guys must have been born with rhythm in their genes, as they move and groove from left to right with style and sass.
Just like the girls, they pull off every move to perfection, keeping in time with the beat and one another, earning applause and happy smiles from the audience members gathered around them.
After the guys have had their turn, it’s time for the ladies to take center stage once more as the whole gang starts to dance together.
This might be the best bit of the whole performance, with all five of these friends doing what they do best.
These guys and girls dance so well together, it’s crazy to think they hadn’t performed as a group since way back in the 90s!
Sliding across the floor from left to right, snapping their fingers, clapping their hands, and shaking their hips, they keep the energy levels high right to the final moment.
Sadly, all good things must come to an end, but the dancers finish off in style with one last twirl before receiving the cheers and applause of their friends.
It’s an amazing routine, already viewed by more than 3 million people! Check it out for yourself down below.
