You can enjoy life and not being too hard!

In situations that are not so perfect, it is always best to find the silver lining. It does not hurt to try to make the best out of a situation, whether it is work that has got you down or anything else.

Life is challenging enough as it is. Then why make things more complicated for yourself?

In the military, two young men can know a thing or two about being in desperate circumstances and tension. A great deal better than others, maybe.

If these two could handle one of the most critical roles and spice things up and humorous, therefore we do not have any excuses!

Two soldiers needed a break from the severity of their job to perform Mr. Eazi’s “Akwaaba”, a choreographed dance routine.

Let me share who is behind the song. Mr. Eazi is a singer and songwriter from Nigeria. He is known as “the pioneer of Banku music” which is “a mixture of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chords.” It is primarily a subgenre of Afrobeat that is combined with reggae, R&B, and hip-hop, but can also be played mellow.

Following its release, the song has engaged many, arising another internet dance challenge.

There are many Akwaaba versions available online, wherein you can follow the tutorials from professional dancers showing the steps, to amateur dancers giving their all.

Even though these soldiers are not experts on dancing, they got hits on social media.

The two men are dressed in their green uniforms, performing in an undisclosed place, though it looks like a large garage. Their names are also uncertain, but one of them is called Adrien, based on the description of the video.

The two buddies march in rhythm, similar to the “left, right, left” dance movements. This simple Akwaaba routine is all about hand and arm gestures. Upon every fourth downbeat, they both stretch an arm into the air.

We can see in the background one of their colleagues as the camera passes with the pair. He works with an object, totally unphased in the dance recital that takes place before him. This just may not be the first time in a dance routine that this couple has broken out.

The guy on the left takes centerstage and busts out a solo dance performance after only thirty seconds of dancing alongside each other. Interestingly, during this solo part, he seems a lot more confident and “loose” than he did dancing with his partner.

As he bounces away (literally), his friend bounces into the frame (literally), replacing him. This turn is simply cute and amusing.

But the tables have turned as his friend, who seemed much more relaxed dancing with his friend, seems a little more shy dancing in front of the camera alone. His solo is way shorter than that of his partner.

This might just be how well their relationship works, balancing each other out!

Their version of Akwaaba was also appreciated by many in the comments. Who does not love seeing men dancing in uniform?

“I appreciate your service y’all. I’m glad to see you guys can still have a lil good time while away from home.”

“Ugh, there is a warm space in my heart for those who serve our country. Love seeing the soldiers having some fun time.”

“I love how they can relax whilst having the pressure of protecting their country.”

In their very important job of defending their country, we hope these two young men continue to find the silver lining. They also deserve to have some fun!
