Like marionettes being made to dance by the marionettist, only better. And much cuter. These twin babies with the same dresses are suspended by jumpers and with a few editing skills, are made to look like they’re dancing.
And you know what? They seem to be enjoying themselves. Babies like to kick so all that needed to be done was to speed up the video and play a tune that matches the the twins’ movements.
A little Irish luck!
A very fiddly tune played along to an acoustic guitar is what the twins are dancing to. It’s an Irish jam and really would have been cuter if these two were dressed as Leprechauns. The kid-friendly kind, naturally.
The one on the left has a dazed look on her pretty face. Probably winded what with those short legs of hers. Her sister gives her a look of dismay as she continues to dance. She even gives a little smile!
And so they dance!
Those small feet kick and wriggle while barely touching the floor but you have to admit, it’s pretty funny. The harnesses swing them around from time to time and it’s not like the twins can do anything about it. But it works for maximum levels of cuteness!
It’s sort of an Irish step dance supposedly. It’s got ancient roots but has survived and stood the test of time. By the looks of it, these two will be carrying the Irish dance on to their generation and the next.
Celtic cuties!
When you pause the video at the right moments, they look like ballerinas standing on their tiny toes. Those tutu skirts had a purpose after all!
If you’ve never seen Irish dancers in tutu skirts going a la ballerina well then there you go. And yes, there’s been a lot of talk regarding baby harnesses and their safety, plus the physical development of the little ones. Don’t worry. These twins are perfectly safe.
From an Irish jig to a modern club!
The music suddenly shifts to a club remix. And the twin babies? Well they start bobbing to the beat!
Must have been a very boring day for mom and dad. Viewers got a whole lot of entertainment though so that’s a good thing. The twins have over 1.6 million view. Famous!
It takes two to tango.
Or something like that. The girls have no idea what’s happening but twin number one is all smiles while it’s the second twin now with a confused look on her adorable face. Give it twenty years and they’ll be dancing way more!
Well a few jumps and a spin later and the sisters are nothing but smiles. Only babies can get away with traditional Irish dance and music to a club jam. The twins certainly made straps fashionable.
