Here is something we don’t always see on Britain’s Got Talent.
Judge Alesha Dixon went to a certain dance school where she looked for a little girl named Skylar Blu.
“Top floor, studio one” says the lovely girl in reception.
The camera follows Dixon as she makes her way up, then peeks into a room full of aspiring young dancers.
As she opens the door and says hello, collective squeals erupt from the girls, except for one whose jaw almost hit the dance floor.
That’s little Skylar Blu who can’t believe that the lady in front of her is Alesha Dixon.
The BGT judge is a British singer, rapper, dancer, television personality, and author for those of you who aren’t familiar with the name.
These young dancers clearly know who Alesha is.
43 and stunning in an oversized pink jacket and jeans, Dixon greets Skylar and asks the little girl if it’s true that she’s always wanted to perform on the show.
“A little birdy tells me you’re an amazing dancer and that it has always been a dream of yours to perform on Britain’s Got Talent.”
Blu nods her head in agreement.
“I’m here to invite you to audition on Britain’s Got Talent 2022!'” says Dixon in her pointed high heels.
Skylar in a stunned voice says “I’m super happy!” before going over to hug her friends.
She’s got very supportive friends too as they haven’t stopped squealing and clapping for her.
Dixon calls three cheers for Skylar and the group rushes over to give the little dancer a group hug.
Her dream is about to come true!
Skylar in a sparkly blue outfit can’t help herself backstage, jumping up and down while looking around at all the lights and decoration.
And that’s before she even steps out on stage.
And the moment she steps out, the audience cheers her on as she gives them that sweet, innocent smile of hers.
Naturally, Alesha takes care of the pre-audition introductions, telling her fellow judges how she paid the dance studio a visit so she could invite little Skylar Blu to audition.
Even mom got to say hi to the judges!
Skylar went on to impress all her viewers with an incredible dance no one expected from a 7-year-old.
Blu is a real talent and she’s only going to get better in the years to come.
Simon Cowell praised her saying, “Incredible. I mean really incredible. So much talent, the whole routine was just immaculate. Absolutely loved it.”
Alesha said, “It’s such a big deal, isn’t it? At seven years old, performing on this huge stage in front of all these people. I can’t imagine how you’re feeling, but you did so well. You’re so talented and I just can’t wait to see what happens with you in your future.”
“So I’m so happy for you, Skylar. Well done, darling.” Dixon continued.
Many viewers have argued that it was all staged, but for the sake of entertainment and showing the world how talented little Skylar is, that really doesn’t matter.

With listening to their instructors and learning to get along with others on the dance floor, dancing can boost their self-confidence.
3. Expression
It can be hard for children to put their feelings into words, yet they need some kid of release. Whatever their emotions are at the moment, they can help release them throught he movement of dance.
4. Physical Skills
It takes time to learn to coordinate the body at a young age. Skills like coordination, balance, and control all come into play while learning to dance.
5. Imagination and Creativity
Parents are always fighting “screen time” with their young ones. Dancing is a wonderful creative outlet that encourages them to be imaginative.,
