She must’ve gotten it from her mom.
In the hit American performance reality show So You Think You Can Dance, viewers and fans of the show were treated with a surprise delight.
A surprise not from a contestant or a judge, but from one of the most adorable members of the audience.
The reality TV show gathers the most talented dancers from different genres who are seeking to hit that big break. One of them is a mother from Texas.
Bree Hafen is a mother of two.
As she related in her interview for the show, she has a very challenging yet relatable dilemma.
Trained under talented instructors and performers, Hafen saw her opportunities to show off her craft in different national invitationals.

Her talent scored her the coveted Capezio Award for Choreographic Excellence which allowed her to pursue her own professional company. But life has other plans.
And those plans pushed her to make a difficult choice.
As mothers, we put children first.
That’s how Hafen explained her story and why she gave up dancing.
In the show, she shares that once a woman becomes a mother, they are inclined to give their 100% to their children. Time, effort, love, and dedication.
And with that, they have to surrender parts of themselves to become the person that their children need.
Hafen also shared that guilt can creep up behind her whenever she gives in to the pull of her passion. Because of these conflicting feelings, she finds it hard to get back to dancing.
Despite the challenges, Hafen took a chance.
This time, however, she’s not forced to choose between the things she loves the most.
Because joining her in the journey is her whole family – her husband, her son Luke, and her daughter Stella.
Hafen joined the reality show to reconnect to her craft. And as she took the stage, she introduced her family to the judges.
Nigel Lythgoe took interest in the kids, especially when Hafen said that her little girl is a phenomenal dancer.
She didn’t lie.
To make the experience memorable for her family, the judges invited the kids to sit with them on the judges’ table as Hafen began to dance gracefully to Ingrid Michaelson’s “Sort Of”.
Hafen captured the hearts of the judges with her amazing performance. But she wasn’t the only one who wanted to impress these lovely people.
When the kids reunited with their mother onstage, Hafen shared that little Stella has been asking “My turn! My turn!”
It was indeed her turn.
The amused judges didn’t want this opportunity to go to waste and were more than willing to indulge this phenomenal little dancer.
And she indulged them right back.
Lythgoe asked for music and little Stella began to dance as soon as the music came on.
The place was filled with swooning sounds as the adorable girl twisted, turned, and swayed like a little ballerina in her pink tutu.
Her talent didn’t come as a surprise.
Hafen is an amazing dancer and she sure passed on that talent to her children.
