“Barbs and Barry”. They’re one heck of a duo when they sing together. You may recognize them better by the names Barbara Streisand, or Barry Gibb of the Beegees. While they certainly are more known for their individual singing careers, one song remains incredibly popular to this day, decades after its initial 1981 release. The song is of course, “What Kind of Fool”. It’s a beautiful and melodic ballad, with each of the singer’s unique vocal styles shining through.
But Barbs and Barry aren’t the only ones to make a splash singing their song…
If you’ve ever been a country music fanatic, you may recognize the name Tim McGraw.
And if you REALLY are a country music fanatic, you may recognze the name “Gracie McGraw” too. She is the eldest daughter to Tim and his wife Faith Hill.

Again…country music fanatics should have a head full of ringing bells right about now.
Well, it turns out that when it comes to country music singers the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. In one heartwarming video which has buzzed the ears of many a music fan (country, Streisand or Beegees), Gracie McGraw and her dear ol’ dad sing a charming road-trip cover of What Kind of Fool.
…Especially when the apple can fall from either one of two very talented trees!
Gracie and her dad are no stranger to singing together, sometimes even in very public settings, but taking a look into their road-trip musicals gives us a whole new vantage point into their also privately talented lives.
And hand-on-heart, Tim sings from his soul.
Well, if you were a famous country singer, you kind of have to right? If you want joy in your heart, road-trip singalongs are the way to go, especially when you can sing along with someone who’s very close with you.
But just wait till you hear Gracie’s voice!
Tim may be a tall tree, bu the apple that falls from it is sweet enough on its own. This girl has some serious talent and has really created waves through the internet in her ability to live up to one of the most highly regarded singers of all time. Streisand that is… Gracie brings power and control to an angelic tone.
Another thing that is touching the hearts of this video’s viewers is how Tim seems to be fawning over his daughter so dearly.

The pair laugh as Tim attempts the Barry Gibb parts of the song, which if you’ve ever listened to even a bit of the Beegees, you would recognize in Gibb’s high pitched tone. Well, let’s just say that’s miles away from Tim’s usual country-boy timbre.
