In their off-time, doctors usually spend their time with family, taking the opportunity to rest for a while.
Because doctors are our lifesavers, they have very little time for themselves as there are a lot of people who needed their help. Sometimes they forget to chill out and relax, while others succumb to stress and loneliness. Meanwhile, these two doctors decided to have a little fun on a public piano.
These two were a dynamic, boogie-woogie duo!
These two performers are Dr. K and Ben Toury, who have shown skill and complete coordination with each other as they perform a piano duet. Bringing some of the wildest boogie-woogie tunes for the people, people were hypnotized to just stop and stare with their spectacular performance.
You just can’t keep up with their hands. The same hands that they use when they hold their tools, they use it with 100% accuracy and precision.
These doctors were on a musical mission.
When these two guys get a break from their scalpels, syringes, stethoscopes and thermometers, they use the piano as their tool for the benefit of the people. The clip begins with Ben taping two of his fingers together. While some people might think it’s weird, it all makes sense once he starts to play!
They play smoothly and gracefully, stunning the audience into disbelief as their fingers waltz in on the piano keys. By showing so much dexterity in their playing, Toury pulls off a piece perfectly using just three fingers on each hand and playing with his index fingers.
You can’t help but be entertained because they really look like they are having the time of their lives mashing the piano keys. It is hilarious to see that they pull stunts during the song, like switching places for the melody and harmony part and karate-chopping the keys.
As their performance shows, every day is a good day for rock and blues tunes!
Dr. “K,” otherwise known as Dr. Brendan Kavanagh, is the mastermind behind this boogie-woogie piece, and his musical arrangement is a medley of many different rock and blues tunes. Needless to say, this performance was the definition of fun and entertainment!
These skillful pianists performed it with the same level of enthusiasm and executed it perfectly with their piano expertise. It’s no wonder they could attract strangers in their performances and tempt them to dance with the melody!
As it turns out, these two pianists do this kind of thing all the time.
This is not the first time that they have done this. There are plenty more of these boogie-woogie videos that they filmed in other places. Still, they both do their own individual piano adventures as well. When it comes to Dr. K, he does spontaneous piano duets with other people while Toury has been going out on live solo performances. They never cease to be amazing. We hope to see them for more.
Since they posted the video, it’s popularity has gone off the charts!
This video was posted by Kavanagh himself two years ago. Amazingly, it racked up 8.9 million views and 116,000 likes, surpassing many of the posted piano performances videos around the world. People’s reactions to the video were priceless. Many of the commenters expressed their hilarious remarks as well—and one put it perfectly: “I paused it so he could take a break.”
