Children love moving around, playing, and joking.
But they also enjoy arts: they love role play, drawing, singing, and dancing.
Parents usually encourage their little ones to join classes that teach any kind of sport because exercise is beneficial for children since it reduces the risk of obesity, it increases cardiovascular fitness, and it improves coordination and balance.
And dancing is just as good as sports for little ones because it combines fitness with a creative outlet.
It helps them develop their social skills, while it also helps them get more self-confidence and self-esteem.
Now, many of the children that attend dance classes enjoy them because they like the music, they like the moves they learn, and they are happy to see their friends and practice together.
However, there are some of them that, besides fun, enjoy dancing because it is part of their lives.
Some of the little ones are so talented that can’t stop dancing all the time- especially those whose parents are also dancers.
Just like Eseniia, the 7-year-old who moved to the US with her parents from Russia.
You see, Eseniia’s parents are both dance teachers, who have an academy where they teach little ones how to move their bodies according to the kinds of music.
Since the schoolgirl was about seven months old, she knew deep inside that she was meant to dance.
As she and her father shared in an interview at Jennifer Hudson Show, when Eseniia was only seven months old and she was sitting in the baby car seat, she was listening to music and she wanted to dance, but she couldn’t even move her legs, so she just kept moving her head rhythmically.
A couple of weeks ago, Eseniia appeared on America’s Got Talent, where she danced hip-hop, wishing that she could move on to the next step of the competition.
So, when she got on stage, she looked so cute that the judges looked at her very friendly and Sofia started asking a few questions to make her feel relaxed.
Eseniia shared her name and the talent that she had arrived to show off, which is dancing.
She also told them the funny story about head-dancing when she was a little baby, which made both the judges and the audience feel she is adorable.
Moments later, the music started, and Eseniia showed off her dance talent through the moves she had practiced for “Soy Yo” song.
Not only her dance moves, but also her facial expressions proved that Eseniia’s talent is amazing, and that she has been practicing for quite a long time- she’s almost a professional dancer.
The audience and the judges gave her a standing ovation, and they all said yes to her- she will be returning for a second performance.
As for her parents, they were waiting in the wings all the time, and they just couldn’t hide their enthusiasm when they listened to the judges giving positive feedback to their beloved daughter.
Sofia even called her a mini-star!
