It’s not exactly High School Musical but it will do.
This happened after school. And it had to be since no one got into trouble for causing such a ruckus. You know how students just go all out once the bell rings and they run off to their friends to blow off some steam, right? Well these kids had other ideas.
What a day to be a kid.
Students don’t realize it but everything they do is a potential for an awesome memory whether good or bad. In this case, having a friend go up to teachers and dance should be pretty cool.
The kid’s got moves.
He runs up to a room on the other end of the floor and as soon as the door opens, he launches into some fancy footwork getting his teachers to watch him much to the obvious delight of his classmates.
He’s worked up a crowd now and they’re cheering him on too.

The kid dances and jumps his way in front of a teacher whom the uploader calls Mr.”Thirst Gawd” Fanning. Don’t roll your eyes. You called your teachers by different names too!
He works up his crowd once again with his dazzling display of footwork. There’s a circle of students around them now and it’s starting to look like one of those massive house parties.
Mr. Fanning strikes back.
Where other teachers would just watch and smile at the antics of their students, Mr. “Thirst Gawd” here had other ideas. He does look very much like an educator. White button down shirt and tie don’t lie!
Well the kid’s not the only one with the magic feet! Mr. Fanning gives a friendly smile among the jeers and cheers of the students before pulling off a stunner of an Irish dance that drove the onlookers wild.
Is he Irish?
No one knows for sure. But Mr. Fanning is so light on his feet it’s as if he’s got that Irish magic in him. He jumps, taps, and slides to the side before coming back for a theater worthy bow which he gives to the kid. The man has class!
And guess what? He got a standing ovation for his Irish step dancing! Well the students were standing already, but still. No one’s going to deny the fact that a man named Fanning gave them something to remember that day.
Mr. Fanning’s got a fan!
“Well done. Teacher’s a good sport. School should be fun!”

Whitney Young Magnet High School in Chicago, Illinois just hosted an impromptu dance off between student and teacher without the school’s permission. Because fun and memorable moments are often unplanned. A simple act like this will really make a teacher more endearing to his students. He spoke their language.
Future students of Mr. Fanning are lucky to have him. Let’s just hope they know it.
