Some people shy away from the spotlight and don’t like to be the center of attention, but others seem to thrive when all eyes are on them! This little girl definitely falls into the latter category, after blowing an audience away with her stylish moves, despite not even being on stage at the time!
A grandpa named Richard van Schalkwyk was invited, along with many other grandparents, to his grandson’s school for a special concert. All the kids had prepared song and dance routines to amuse and entertain their elders, but one little girl just couldn’t wait her turn.
In a video uploaded by Richard, we can see the grooving little dancer moving her body to the beat, even when she’s not actually involved in the performance.
A group of boys are actually on the stage, performing their routine nicely, and most of the other kids are standing or sitting around, waiting for their turn and watching the show.
But when this little 6-year-old hears the beat and feels the rhythm, she just can’t control her body! She starts wiggling her hips, spinning around, jumping up and down, and flailing her arms in the air, performing one iconic dance move after another.
Richard wrote in the caption that the young lady “stole the show” and we’re inclined to agree. The audience is laughing and cheering as the girl rocks out on the side of the stage, desperately wanting to be out under the spotlight and showing off her moves for everyone to see.
As the show goes on and the other kids continue to perform, the little girl continues to go wild on the side of the stage! At one point, she even spots the camera filming her and just gets even crazier with her moves.
She simply can’t help herself! She looks like she was born to dance and wants to move her body any chance she gets.
Eventually, it’s her turn to actually dance! But will she have enough energy to pull off her performance? Of course she will! She walks out onto the stage with her friends and strikes a pose as the music begins.
As some hardcore techno beats begin to bust out, she continues to wow the audience with her moves, getting plenty of cheers and applause along the way, before finishing up in style.
