Millions of people worldwide love the hit song that has reached an enormous commercial success.

We bring you a little bit different version of Braxton’s popular track. It’s a bit more classical in style, and it’s sung in Spanish.

A tale of love sang in one of the most sensual languages, by a multinational quartet.

“Regresa a Mí” is the official title of the Spanish version of “Un-Break My Heart,” and was done by the UK-based male quartet Il Divo.

Their manager is none other than Simon Cowell, and he bought the rights of the song from Diane Warren, who originally wrote the song. It was then adapted to a Spanish version and released in 2004, as a single of the group’s debut album “Il Divo.”

Same as the original, the song was an instant hit and became the subject emblem of the quartet.

It doesn’t necessarily happen all the time, but this song is so beautiful that it had to be a hit in anyone’s interpretation. We think that there’s not a single person who doesn’t feel certain emotions awakening upon hearing this tune. It’s interesting that Il Divo consists of a Swiss tenor, Spanish baritone, American tenor and French pop singer. What a beautiful union.

Il Divo has already released ten albums.

The story of how the band got its name is not very clear, but we know that it means “divine performer” in Italian.

There’s a thing to agree on. If anything, this performance is certainly divine. These guys pioneered the genre of operatic pop or popera in classical crossover music.

That’s another impressive thing about them—let alone the fact that they’ve sold over 30 million album copies worldwide and have had 160 certified gold and platinum hits!

The audience seems to be loving popera too, hence the 181,000 Instagram followers. Beyond that, 807,000 people are subscribed to the Il Divo official YouTube channel.

A historical fact is that “Regresa a Mí” was the first song sung in Spanish that reached No.1 on British charts.

The quartet also sings in English, Italian, and French.

The essence of love is perfectly delivered in a simple, yet an emotional video.

The 87 million YouTube views impose a logical conclusion: people loved the song, loved the idea, and the crossover rendition did it no harm.

On the contrary, the fresh idea seems to be going well with the audience. The video was filmed in Slovenia, and it follows the lives of four singers, inspired by real-life events when all four of them left their origins in pursuit of success in the world of music.

They have angelic voices and all four men sing impressively well.

They’ll make you fall in love all over again with a song you already love. Tony Braxton would be very proud! She originally released the song in 1996, and the song has had its fair share of fame, reaching number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

It was even one of the official songs of the FIFA World Cup 2006.

We’ve had a hard time summing up all those moments when the song lived in all its glory.

The first public appearance of Il Divo was in 2005, on Oprah. They haven’t stopped ever since.

In 2011, they were invited to the Classic Brit Award in London to receive the award for “Artist of the Decade,” and they also performed on Broadway.

We wish them the best success with future projects, and we’d love to hear more of them soon! Watch the full video in the link below:
