A lot of people incorporate dance into their lives in one way or another. Whether it be going out to a club on a Saturday night or simply grooving in the kitchen – it’s an excellent activity for the mind, body, and soul.

On the other hand, there are some folks who are so passionate about dance that they live and breathe it. Sondre Olsen-Bye and Tanya Georgiievska are two of those people – and let’s just say they’re quite amazing when it comes to Boogie Woogie!

The partners reside in Warsaw, Poland, and each has a rich history in dance.

Tanya is originally from Ukraine and she’s been dancing since the young age of four. According to their website, she began with classical – then moved over to acrobatic Rock-n-Roll. Tanya also added Boogie Woogie, Lindy Hop, and other dance styles to her list as well.

On YouTube and their website it says:

“With great joy we travel to spread the love for swing dancing in general and boogie woogie in particular. As a result, we also started our own dance event called Boogie Feet’s Festival in 2016 in Sondre’s hometown Dombås, Norway for inspiring and bringing up swing dancers from many different countries.”

From the moment Sondre and Tanya’s routine begins it’s impossible to take your eyes off them.

Both are dressed in vintage style clothing and Georgia Gibb’s version of “I Want You to Be My Baby” is playing in the background. The duo jumps into action, shaking their hips and moving their feet as if the floor is on fire. Seriously, they manage to heat it up very quickly!

They’ve got some magnificent moves.

Sondre and Tanya spin on the dance floor, and then Tanya jumps into her partner’s arms. Sondre then flips her upside down, whipping Tanya through his legs before pulling her back up. Yep, they’re quite good!
