It’s not unusual for us to spend plenty of time in our lives with our siblings.

When we’re younger, that’s especially true—and we may even like a lot of the same music. For any folk fans out there, “That’s What’s Up” is a popular song by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. The version shown in this video is probably one of the most heart-warming covers performed by sisters Lennon and Maisy.

The entire concept behind the video is relatively simple.

Behind them is a roll of paper with song lyrics written on it. It gives the entire performance an innocent feeling to complete the atmosphere. Their stage also proves that performances don’t need to be expensive to be effective. Lennon plays guitar and both sisters sing.

When they start singing, their talent is immediately obvious.

The way they sound is so natural, and it doesn’t seem like they are trying too hard.

It seems as it comes naturally to them, which is the most unbelievable part of all. One has to admire these two girls who are so young and yet so talented and hard-working at the same time

This video is very inspirational and it shows that siblings can team up and do some excellent things together.

There is a five-year gap between them, but viewers will barely even notice it. They understand each other perfectly, sharing the stage together and supporting each other. It is adorable how the older sister smiles when the younger one shines with her singing. Their love is so inspiring! The whole time, their vocals are excellent and their guitar playing is even better.

Lennon and Maisy were born to perform and they figured it out right on time!

Their harmonies and vocal ranges are unbelievable.

Lennon and Maisy made this cover appealing and easy to listen to. The way they sing simply lifts your mood and you start feeling happy. Even though they only used a guitar and their own voices, the way the harmonies soar when they sing together on words like “feeling” is sure to warm your heart.

Though this video shows a milder performance, these sisters have even performed at the White House!

Today, Lennon and Maisy are 19 and 14 years old and have been performing together for years.

Their earliest breaks were from videos like this one, though in 2013, they had a performance in Nashville of the Lumineers’ hit song “Ho Hey.” It got released to the radio and became the #1 most added song of the nation! After that, it also rose to the Top 40 Billboard Songs chart. For those who don’t know, these sisters also play Maddie and Daphne Conrad on the hit TV show Nashville.

As their success has grown, they’ve also partnered with HarperCollins to release a children’s book called “In the Waves.” Clearly, there’s no limit to their talent! This video was uploaded on their official YouTube channel in 2014, and has since earned more than 16 million views. We can only wish a lot of success to these talented young ladies!
