Siahna Im, who participated in the ninth season of The Voice USA, showed a tremendous amount of musical talent at the young age of only 15 years old.

When the wildly talented and charming girl starts singing the first notes, the audience is in complete awe.

Her speaking voice isn’t similar to her singing voice at all, which made her stellar performance even more unique. Of course, there was slight room for improvement – but for someone so young, a stunning audition like this is rather rare.

Siahna, who lives in Auburn, Washington, performed the hit “Fever” by Peggy Lee. One thing is for sure: Siahna definitely gave the judges and everyone in the audience a fever with her infectious voice. Three of the four judges press their button to turn their chair around and it was an absolute no-brainer that she would advance to the next round.

Siahna’s voice and her control of it are absolutely remarkable.

Whenever she opens her mouth, she sends powerful vocals through the room that mesmerize everyone. Her voice is incredibly rich, energetic, heartfelt and soulful.

In her introduction video before the performance, Siahna said that she wanted to be a singer ever since she heard Ray Charles sing, at the age of just five years old.

She definitely also knows how to captivate her audience with some sassy moves and confidence. Her vocals impressed Gwen Stefani the fastest, as she pressed her button after just a couple of seconds. It didn’t take long before both Blake Shelton and Pharell joined her.

With over eight million views on YouTube, Siahna’s audition was quickly seen across the world. It’s clear that there’s a general consensus amongst the viewers: this girl is immensely talented and has a bright future ahead of her.

When Siahna had to choose her team coach, she decided to go with Pharell Williams – although she funnily also likes to call him ‘Skateboard P.’

Unfortunately, Siahna was eliminated in the Knockout Rounds of the talent show. She performed ‘Back to Black’ by Amy Winehouse, but her Team Pharell adversary managed to steal a spot to the Live Playoffs instead.

Despite the setback, Siahna has been honing her musical skills ever since.

In fact, she released her first music video just one year later called ‘Warrior’, and the production quality is similar to that of top superstars. Siahna has been surrounded by professional musicians and people in the industry, including Grammy Award-winning producers.

She is currently signed to Arena Music and is considered to be a rising star. One year later, she released a small album called ‘Untouchable’ with six original songs. The songs are a little bit different compared to the rather jazzy feel of ‘Fever’, but Siahna manages to put her own identity and twist into the songs.

“This EP is definitely in the pop realm. My voice is more sultry so it still has that aspect of it, and there’s some electronic aspects with the instrumentals. It’s kind of poppy and alternative at the same time. So that’s what they can expect,” she said in an interview with Deepest Dream.

As for her musical career, she says that her audition on The Voice has definitely made her feel more comfortable on a stage.

“I found that the more I perform, the more comfortable I am to ask people join in on songs or just talk to the audience.”

She’s also proud of the progression she’s made so far, and rightfully so!

Currently, Siahna hasn’t been very musically active because of college, but she’s constantly getting inspired and promises to keep making music. If her social media posts are any indication, her next songs will involve an acoustic guitar.

We can’t wait to see what this young and talented singer-songwriter will release next!
