You have to see this! Simon totally misjudged them.

After so many years as a talent judge, you’d think that Simon Cowell has seen it all.

He’s been on American Idol, The X Factor, The X Factor UK, and America’s Got Talent. People often audition for these shows with the intent of embarrassing themselves.

However, some acts that Simon might think are totally ridiculous actually make him eat his words.

When Marina and her mother Svetlana took the America’s Got Talent stage, Simone was baffled as to why they were auditioning with cats.

He had Marina repeat herself about what type of animal she and her mother trained, then even asked her why they did it.

The mother-daughter duo trains 10 cats and one dog. Simon sympathized with the dog on this one!

However, Simon might not have been interested in the act at first, but after watching the cats literally jump through hoops, his tune changed.

The cats managed to put on an incredible circus routine that truly was impressive. If only we knew how they got these cats to do this! My cat spends 22 hours a day laying on the couch and the other 2 eating.

After the final death-defying stunt, the judges and members of the audience were their feet and cheering.

The moment everyone was waiting for came too – we got to hear what Simon thought of the act.

“You know why that was so impressive? Because dogs want to please, cats are like ‘make me’ and they had sort of like cat-titude. I think there is a gap in the market for something like this.

I feel like with my dogs sometimes, I want to take them out to a show. This is a show I can take them to!”

Howie Mandel took his time to speak to point out that they’ve seen many dogs pull off stunts similar to this, but that they have never seen cats do anything like this.

After such a stunning audition, it should come as no surprise that all four judges voted yes for Savitsky cats to move on in the competition.

Since the video was posted on America’s Got Talent’s Facebook page, it has gotten 3 million views, 27,000 likes, 5,000 comments, and 15,000 shares.

One Facebook user said that they realized their own cat is kind of lazy:

This act made me realize that my cat Ziggy is not living up to his potential lol it was awesome. I absolutely loved it!!

While another user absolutely loved the act:

I thought this act was GREAT! I couldn’t believe that these cats were actually doing what they had been trained to do! I went to see a cat show with performing cats once, and half of them were just doing their own thing, walking around in the audience! So I have to say kudos to these trainers and cats!!

However, many Facebook users called this “animal cruelty” and some called for acts like this to be banned:

I hate shows with animals. They are not our toys, they’re just animals. I only teach my dogs tricks that can save their lifes, seat, stand, stop, here, don’t eat it.
