“Aight hear me out… I love Avi. I miss Avi. I would have loved to hear Avi sing this song. But Dear god Matt is amazing in this song. And I’m so happy they showcased him with the best song bassists can sing. The facial expressions. The voice. The acting. Put this man’s voice in a Disney movie stat. And please Pentatonix when Christmas is over I’m begging you to let this man sing Friends on the Other Side from the Princess and the Frog. Please???” said one YouTube user.

“Matt is fantastic in this one. He shows his true bass, but also hits higher baritone notes and goes back and forth seamlessly. I also really am impressed with his enunciation as well as his expressiveness.” Said another.
