What’s better than hearing a talented kid who sings heavenly?
Well, hearing a whole children’s choir. A meld of angelic voices will take you to another dimension where there’s only good mood, laughter and optimism. We present you a One Voice Children’s Choir performing 2014 hit song “See You Again.”
The fact that the track is dedicated to late actor Paul Walker gives this an additional emotional punch.
One Voice Children’s Choir is a non-profit organization, and all donations to the choir benefit the children.
The biggest goal is to provide scholarships to all choir members in need.
It began as a small idea, in 2002, when the Winter Olympic Games were held in Salt Lake City, Utah.
It later became an opportunity for all the children who live in northern Utah to share their musical talents.
All children aging from four to 17 are welcome to be part of the organization.
The choir performs over 50 times every year, and the official YouTube channel has already attracted almost three million subscribers.
Their Instagram community has more than 71,900 followers and the choir takes pride in being unique.
All the children sing together to create one big musical family. They went all the way from performing at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games to the ninth season of America’s Got Talent.
The One Voice Children’s Choir kids knows how to work as a team and when to shine when it’s time for a solo.
That kind of hard work and commitment has led them far in the world of entertainment. So far that they were quarter-finalists on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. OVCC sang at the White House, toured across the United States, and has already built a reputation of a beautiful family that spreads the message of hope and love.
You’ll find various original arrangements of popular songs on their channel.
They’ve covered songs by Alicia Keys, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, Pink, Rihanna, Clean Bandit and many more. It’s an excellent concept that shows how children can collaborate and learn from one another, soaking only positive lessons and emotions. We wish there were more organizations like this one worldwide.
It’s one of the most beautiful videos we’ve seen in a while!
The original music video was the most viewed video on YouTube from July to August 2017.
The song itself was the best-selling song of 2015 worldwide. It must be very hard on people who’ve lost someone close, because the story behind “See You Again” is very emotional. The children faced a demanding task of creating a mature, aptly video that goes with the sensitive lyrics. We are amazed by how professional these kiddos are—they love the song and it’s written all over their faces. It’s a fairly simple video, with clips of children singing in a field edited in as well.
All the children are like angels wearing all white, and we love that the color of the skin doesn’t matter.
The choir is comprised of different children who all sound perfect together. That’s the kind of message we love: when you close your eyes and listen to music, nothing else matters.
They are all talented and beautiful, and they have their whole lives ahead of them.
The video was viewed more than 23 million times on YouTube, and we bet you’ll agree with us on one thing: we would love to hear them again! Let’s make this a common practice all across the globe. Music should unite the children, and teach them love and compassion.
