Remember the quiet, nice guys in high school that surprised the entire batch with their voices?
They often sit at the back or in one corner, reading or minding their own business.
You never know what they’re like unless you talk to them – if they don’t feel awkward in the interaction.
Then, in your music class, when your teacher asked everyone to sing, it turned out that they had such amazing voices!
It’s a sweet surprise for everyone, and that silent guy’s been hiding a treasure within him all along.
That’s what this group of high school friends was probably like in their school.

Tyler Davis, Will Richey, and Caleb Conrad seemed like your typical high school shy guy. Quiet, a bit of a nerd, but totally nice.
Those from their school who haven’t heard them sing were probably caught off guard when they appeared on America’s Got Talent.
These men first got together in high school way back in 2009.
Tyler Davis, Will Richey, and Caleb Conrad recalled the funny story of how they all got together.
They jokingly said they all got injured on their football team at the same time, and it seemed like fate when they started hanging out and realized they all loved to sing.
The harmonies started, and the gigs and viral videos followed until they auditioned for America’s Got Talent.
They called themselves Triple Threat, and you would understand why after you hear them sing.
The trio from Benton, Arkansas, wowed the judges and the audience with their audition, where they chose to sink MKTO’s Classic.
People didn’t know what to expect from the group, but the boys stood on stage all confident that they would nail it.
Caleb started singing, and his voice filled the room.
In just a few seconds of singing, they already got the crowd up on their feet.
It was a great start for the trio as his smooth voice captured the audience.
Then, they started singing in harmony, and it was all you needed to hear to know it would be a fun performance.
Tyler started rapping, and the crowd went wild for it.
Everybody was having a good time dancing and clapping to this trio’s performance.
His timing was impeccable, and you could hear every word he said.
Finally, Will’s falsetto was the cherry on top!
He was hitting those high notes like it was nothing.
The guy’s higher register was right in the money and slapped the air as if he knew he owned the song.
Triple Threat brought the house down and earned a standing ovation from the judges.
The audience was ecstatic over their performance.
All that quiet-and-shy guy impression of these guys was thrown out the window when they harmonized perfectly in their entire piece.
They did the song justice with their impeccable rhythm and hitting the right notes.
People in the comments were delighted to listen to them as well.
They noted how they effortlessly sang a popular song; this could have quickly gone wrong if not sung right.
They did not only love their voices but also their energy and charm.
Now, isn’t that the perfect recipe for a boyband?!
