This dynamic duo from Myrtle Beach is doing what they love and sharing it with the entire world! In fact, they’ve transformed their entire household into a dancefloor of sorts!
Get ready for some “Footloose.”
Meet Erica Pike and her daughter Izzy.
They love to dance, sharing the same passion for choreography. They’re phenomenal on their own. But together, they’re on a whole ‘nother level!
What’s the need for a stage when your home does the trick? When the ever-popular Kenny Loggins hit “Footloose” occupies the airwaves the girls are ready to go!
Erica and Izzy quickly kick things into gear.
Just the introduction of their performance makes one thing clear:
These two aren’t amateurs by any means.
Erica is a dance professional, in fact. She used to work with the Carolina Opry Theater. She was even a featured dancer on cruise ships.
According to her Facebook page, she’s a dance instructor, choreographer, and awesome Mom.
Izzy’s learning from the best, following in her talented mother’s footsteps! She even has a YouTube channel called “Izzy T.V.” with a plethora of a cool dance videos. She’s a rising star!
Their “Footloose” video is a viral sensation!
The YouTube description provides a wonderful synopsis.
“Izzy and her mom showing Covid-19 can’t stop the dancing. Stay safe everyone. We posted this video on another platform and in 5 days received 150,000 views, so we decided to start Izzy T.V.”
As it stands, the video has over 140,000 views on YouTube!
Its popularity prompted the dancing duo to start Izzy’s channel, featuring fantastic performances of modernity’s finest pop hits, including broadway performances.
