Andrea’s son Matteo is the next generation of talent, and a strong one at that!
He’s the new Bocelli on the block, and by the sound of it, he’s got a bright career ahead of him. His voice is as clean and beautiful as an angel’s, and he’s got the technical piano skills to boot. Not to mention that he’s every bit as charming as his father.
From time to time father and son collaborate, and what a spectacle that is!

The song Matteo chooses is a beautiful love ballad- perfect for swooning!
The song in question is “Love of My Life”, from Queen. Written and performed by the legend himself Freddie Mercury, anyone hoping to do this song justice would have some immense shoes to fill. But if anyone can do it, it’s this young and powerful vocalist with talent flowing through his veins.
The song is sweet and slow, and Matteo’s voice suits it perfectly.
He even lends some extra gravitas to the song. Where Freddie Mercury’s wonderful vocal control flaunts small trills, Matteos offers some of the signature Bocelli weight, giving it great depth. It’s Freddie’s beautiful song like you’ve never heard it before.
He sings with such an intensity.
The most satisfying thing to see is a musician who pours his entire soul into a song. That is certainly the case with Matteo’s rendition of this song. He is one hundred percent in the moment. What a treat to enjoy!
His piano skills offer the perfect soft tone as well.
Seeing someone with multifaceted musical talents does two things:
Thing 1: Inspire you with awe.

Rising toward the end of the song, this talented vocalist brings all the intensity of an opera-house performance to his living room. During this time of self isolation, many people are wondering what to do with their time. Evidently for Matteo, it doesn’t mean that he will stop performing.
