Places near public pianos may be the best place to stay while you are waiting for someone, or just trying to take a quick break.
You could happen to witness a random playing an entertaining boogie-woogie tune or, if you are lucky, a professional pianist deciding to give a crowd a spontaneous show. The possibilities are simply endless!
In this video, a guy sat on a public piano in a shopping mall in London and suddenly started playing.
The seat was open to anyone, and he just happened to take it for himself.
He set up his cameras and made himself comfortable before he started playing.
A familiar tune breaks out the moment he strikes the piano keys with his fingers.
For those who don’t know, it was the intro to Queen’s most popular classic, “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
He continued playing the soothing tune while passersby started to gather around him!
The young pianist did not pay attention to the crowd and poured all his focus into the piano keys in front of him.
You can visibly see the emotions coming out from him as he hits the keys with his fingers, meaning every note and producing warm, tender music in the process!
People were stunned, and they all stopped to admire him before continuing to wherever they going.
The man continued playing the ballad part of the song, and it’s easy to notice that more people were stopping by to watch him play.
Before long, a crowd started to form around the lone pianist.
He made them stay through the melodious build-up of the song that was supposed to be a guitar solo.
People started to look forward to how he would play the livelier opera part of the song that was yet to come.
Before long, he was hammering the keys harder than before, beinging out all the in the original version Queen performed. He moved through the rest of it and crushed every part of it, including the vocals, the lead, and the rhythm. It is so amazing how he could do so much with just ten fingers!
The pianist’s name was Karim Kamar and he is famous around London.
