If you’ve never heard Elise Trouw’s music, it’s time you did! The extremely talented singer and looping genius has made quite the name for herself, posting incredible mashups for her 575,000 YouTube subscribers. In this video, Trouw shows us her multi-instrumentalist skills and goes massively viral.

21-year-old social media sensation Elise Trouw blows people away with her mashup of Radiohead and The Police.
Ever since she was just a teen, young Elise Trouw was already a force to be reckoned with in the music world. She made her official debut back in 2017, with the release of her first body of work which was a ten-track album called Unraveling.

At the beginning of this video, you can see Elise putting down a drumline before she picks up a bass and loops some sounds from it to go along with the drums.
Next, Elise switches to a regular guitar and perfects the loop before getting ready to sing.
As soon as she begins singing the words from “The Beds Too Big Without You” by The Police, you can tell she’s got an absolutely gorgeous voice.
Just as impressive as her vocals, is Elise’s ability to mash up “Weird Fishes/Arpeggi” by Radiohead and “The Bed’s Too Big Without You” by The Police perfectly.
On top of looping three other instruments, Elise also plays the keyboard as she’s singing.
The gifted artist from San Diego started learning music at the tender age of six when she started playing the piano.
That was followed by the drums at 10 years old.
After looping the sound of the keyboard, Elise picks up the guitar again and plays some more brilliant sounds to add to the already amazing loop.
She hops back and forth from instrument to instrument, singing beautifully along the way.
Once Elise is done singing some of the lyrics from “The Beds Too Big Without You,” she smoothly transitions into the words from Radiohead’s “Weird Fishes/ Arpeggi.”
She’s so talented, to be able to do this many things at once, and still sound so magnificent is beyond amazing. With every instrument looped flawlessly, Elise continues to showcase her sweet voice.
In the last minute of the video, Elise plays guitar on top of her loop and puts her vocals to the test.
She doesn’t skip a beat the entire performance, mashing up the two songs so perfectly they almost sound like the same tune. This isn’t the first time Elise Trouw has done a jaw-dropping mashup—her YouTube channel is full of outstanding mashups and original music.
Any video Elise posts usually goes viral—it’s easy to see why with talent like that. The internet lit up with love for the Radiohead/The Police mashup, people all over the world have become fans of the up and coming artist.
The video has been viewed almost 6.2 million times, with 132,000 people also liking it.
Not only did the mashup get tons of views and likes, but over 4,500 YouTube users also left comments for the multifaceted musician.
