Reba McEntire is the reigning queen of country, but she would probably have no problem sharing her spotlight with this adorable four-year-old.
This four-year-old has all the sass and personality that is needed to sing Reba McEntire’s classic song, “Fancy.” She does not need an audience to put all her effort into the song, she sings just for her. The front passenger filmed the private concert from the backseat of the car.
“Fancy” was originally sung and written by Bobbie Gentry in 1970. Reba McEntire did a cover of the song in 1990 and this version became more popular than the first. “Fancy” made its way to number eight on the Billboard’s Top Ten Country Hits in 1991.
It has been a staple for classic country songs ever since.
Reba will usually perform this hit as her encore song at concerts even today.
The four-year-old might not know every word, but she is pretty close, and this somehow makes it that much cuter.
It is quite clear from the very beginning that this girl is a performer. She does not just casually sing the song, she is singing with attitude! This little girl does not have any idea what the song is actually about, but she loves it.
“Fancy” is a song that tells a story. The song is detailed such as this verse,
“Mama dabbed a little bit of perfume on my neck
Then she kissed my cheek
And then I saw the tears wellin’ up in her troubled eyes

This four-year-old sings with her whole body. When it is time to belt it out, she shows her seriousness with the movement of her hands and singing even louder. At one point, the little boy next to hear tries to talk and this just makes her start to sing louder.
No one is going to interrupt her performance.
She starts to belt out the song once it hits the chorus. This is where she really gets into the song. She even starts to dance as best as she can in her seat. She is waving her arms around like she is actually at a Reba concert and singing along with her.
Car rides are the perfect time to sing your heart out and she is learning that young.

This is one little girl that is not camera shy at all.
This is one tricky song to sing, as there are many lyrics to it. It shows how impressive this little four-year-old is. If she wants it, she could have a great future in show business. Until then, she should keep practicing her backseat concerts.
