Dancing is always good exercise, plus it’s a great way to shake off the bad vibes, too. It allows you to let loose, laugh, and just enjoy yourself.

It’s even better when you share the fun times with someone you love.

That’s because you don’t have to worry about looking silly or having anyone make fun of your moves.

Take Josh Rinder and his daughter, Audrey. Their idea of a good time at home is just going crazy and dancing to their heart’s content.

Plus, they have total control over the music, too. When mom’s away, she doesn’t have to worry much. The two obviously know how to keep themselves entertained.

And the best part is, the daddy-daughter duo are more than willing to share their dance performances with the rest of the world, too! In this video, their chosen dance track was Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling”, the upbeat lead single from the animated film “Trolls”.

This particular dance session was so loved by viewers everywhere that the video gained over 14 million views on YouTube and was even shared on Twitter by Justin Timberlake himself!

This isn’t their first dance video, either. The first routine they shared online was way back in 2014, set to Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off.” It just so happens that this particular one garnered the most views and caught the attention of the artist!

First thing you’ll notice when you watch the video are their outfits. The pink theme definitely added the right pop of color, matching the vibe of the song and their dance number perfectly.

We just love how Josh is willing to do what it takes to keep his daughter happy.

I mean, just look at the bright smile on her face as she proudly dances around in a pretty pink dress.

Watching the video, you can tell they rehearsed a bit just to make sure they knew which steps went first, from simply clapping their hands to shaking their hips in time with the beat. It just kept getting better, too. As the beat picked up, the moves got wilder and more entertaining.

The happy pair proves that parent-child bonding doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. No need for expensive toys, long car rides… just good ol’ quality time paired with lots of fun and laughter. It’s moments like this that will positively shape Audrey’s growing up years. The security that comes with having a dad like Josh will go a long way in her development.

No doubt they’ll always be the perfect team, even as she enters adolescence.

This fun bonding activity will always have a special place in Audrey’s heart, even as she grows up and possibly cringes whenever she looks back on the dance videos. Who knows? These clips might make an appearance in her wedding reception someday! (Only if that’s the path she decides to go on, of course.)
