“There will be mistakes and there will be falters. There will be things that are not a part of your plan. See the challenges in your life and accept them and embrace them.” – Dominique Dawes
Kids would already show interest in sports, drawing, dancing, singing, and even martial arts at an early age.
That’s why some parents would be glad to support what their kids love as long as it makes them happy.
What’s nice about learning sports is that you will learn the concept of being a sport and what teamwork means.
However, this will also mean that you are at risk of getting injured. May it be a fall, a broken bone, a concussion, or any other injuries because of your sport.
Of course, injuries are no fun. For a parent, it would break their heart to see their child get hurt while playing or competing.
This is what happened to a little girl who twisted her leg in the middle of her rhythmic gymnastics performance.
This caused a painful injury for the little girl.
You can see how painful it was for her, but instead of running to get comfort, she stood up and joined her teammates again.
The Russian rhythmic gymnastics video went viral for the little girl’s professionalism and courage.
Other kids would immediately call for their coach or parent, but not this little girl.
She stood up and continued to dance.
You can see how painful every step was for her.
There were steps where she had to put extra pressure on the injured leg. The little gymnast was crying while she performed.
It was painful, but she endured every stunt like a true professional.
It was heartbreaking to see her facial expressions.
But at the same time, you would feel so much admiration for her because she never backed down even if she was in pain.
She was part of this group, and she stayed with them even though she wasn’t feeling well.
Without her, their performance wouldn’t be complete. The other girls would be lost without her.
This girl showed everyone that the show must go on.
As an adult, can you imagine still going through every step and every dance move with that pain? That’s how amazing this little girl was.
She continued to perform for almost two minutes, and she cried each time she moved her leg.
Her parents, coaches, and teammates must be so proud of her.
Who wouldn’t? Watching her, you’d even get teary-eyed as you continue to see her on the stage while injured.
This little girl’s attitude will get her into places and will continue to make her a great performer.
No wonder this video earned more than 8M views and counting.
The accident happened at 1:23, and from there, you will see how she handles her injury and performance.
