Do you hate math?
Honestly, who doesn’t? Math and science were some of the toughest classes in grade school, high school, and then college.
Unless they came naturally to you, like math whizzes and science lovers, then you had to work hard just to get an OK grade.
For 6-year-old Siddhi and 7-year-old Jinansh math isn’t work. It is almost as if doing math requires no effort from these little geniuses.
The TV show Little Big Shots, hosted by Family Feud‘s Steve Harvey, highlights brilliant kids on the show. The kids are either talented singers, dancers, geniuses, and the show has even had mini martial arts experts!
Jinansh and Siddhi are members of the Indian team that won the 2016 Turkey Open Championship, the Olympics for Mental Calculations, Memory and Speed Reading.
Their win doesn’t come as a huge surprise, as their coach is Mr. Eusebius Noronha of Mumbai, India, who is known as the mastermind behind the TV show Genius Kids.
On the most recent episode of Little Big Shots, “Little Miss Sunshine,” Siddhi and Jinansh were brought on the show to do a series of fast math rounds to prove their smarts.
“You are going to see 15 single digit numbers for 0.28 seconds, that’s literally less than the blink of an eye.”
In the span of 4.2 seconds, the two young kid calculators would see 15 numbers and need to add them up.
Meaning, they had less than 5 seconds to come up with the correct answer! Talk about fast math.
In case you blinked during the flash of each number, the order is 9, 7, 5, 3, 6, 4, 3, 1, 4, 2, 9, 7, 1,9, and 7. If math is not your strong suit, don’t worry. Little Siddhi got the answer in the blink of an eye.
When you add all 15 of these numbers up, you get 77! Siddhi obviously didn’t need a calculator to get that like I did.
After Siddhi, it was Jinansh’s turn to get his own set of numbers and make a good guess. For Jinansh, the numbers were 1, 3, 1, 8, 2, 9, 8, 6, 9, 7, 5, 3, 6, 5, and, 3.
Surprisingly, his number was very close to Siddhi’s was. Jinansh told Steve the answer was 76 and it should come as no surprise that he was right.
The crowd went absolutely wild after the two little geniuses both answered correctly.
The video has now gone viral on Little Big Shots‘ Facebook page and has been viewed 1.5 million times in less than 24 hours.
Commenters from all over the world are chiming in about Siddhi and Jinansh’s brilliance. One woman said:

Another commenter was impressed by the previous tests that the two young ones had been put through before this clip. She said:

Aren’t these two absolutely brilliant? If only they’d been around when I was in school, I could have used their fast-thinking skills when it came to math.
