For the 2019 Pac-12 Women’s Gymnastics Championships, UCLA’s Katelyn Ohashi changed up the music and some choreography for her exquisite floor routine that went viral this year with 117 million views, to moves and music that honor influential female artists such as Tina Turner and Beyonce.
Katelyn literally bounces around the floor, while leaping and jumping with ease and style. Her floor routine is a combination of jumps, twists, turns, and dances that keep the audience entertained for every second.
In fact, even her teammates were excited! They can be seen in the background dancing along to Katelyn’s choreography. After her performance, she quickly went over to join them and celebrate her monumental floor routine.
It should come as no surprise that this routine wound up earning Katelyn another perfect 10 score. This was the eleventh perfect 10 of her career, being her ninth perfect score for floor routine (she also earned two 10s for balance beams).
With this high score, Katelyn helped UCLA secure their title and win for this year’s PAC-12 Women’s Gymnastics Championship. The school earned a season-high 198.400.
