One Ok Rock is a Japanese Rock band that consists of four members, namely Takahiro Moriuchi, Toru Yamashita, Ryota Koham and Tomoya Kanki.

The band was formed in 2005 and started performing a different kind of rock music on stages, particularly emo and pop-rock. Over the years, the band has accumulated a series of successes and has become well-known on the international music scene.

One of the group’s memorable moments was when they performed a cover at one of their live concerts.

In September 2014, One Ok Rock has scheduled a two-day live concert at Yokohama Stadium, performing on stage in front of over 60,000 people.

At that time, it was the band’s first time performing there and they were in awe to see so many fans in the audience waiting to hear them play.

After the cue, they kicked off with a sweet-sounding instrumental of the song—and added some spice to it to make it all their own.

At first, their crowd was bewildered, but it took only a few seconds after that they started swaying to the song’s beautiful rhythm!

Though the original was great, this was definitely an original interpretation!

The moment the band’s vocalist opens his mouth, everyone fell in love with his gentle and soothing voice.

The rest of the band members accompany Taka on their own instruments, and before long, the whole crowd is loving the performance! Even if they were used to playing emo and rock music, Vanessa Carlton’s famous song still kept everyone entertained.

Tomoya rings his chimes, giving their song a magical effect when they transition to the chorus.

The combination of the chimes coming off the xylophone with the rest of the instrumentation is so magical!

They nailed the song and they definitely made it their own—even if the crowd wasn’t expecting it.

Taka pulled off his part singing the original female key of the song.

He coursed through the song with perfection, flawlessly executing every mid and high vocal part of the song. You could feel the passion building up, and eventually, the band gets lost in the music.
