By the time she entered her teenage years, she had already honed her skills over several years and had competed on the international stage.

However, Trusova’s talent was in a league of its own.

The spectators at the competition in Bulgaria were fortunate enough to witness her exceptional abilities firsthand.

Until that day at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships, no female skater had ever successfully executed more than one quadruple jump in a single performance.

But she wasn’t finished.

Trusova then proceeded to pull off a “quadruple toeloop”, securing her place as a record-breaker.

This was a feat she had trained tirelessly to achieve.

Prior to Trusova’s achievement, Miki Ando was the only female skater to have completed a quadruple jump in competition, as per the International Skating Union (ISU).
