Hockey is packed with non-stop action. Even though you’ll hear whistles here and there, the game and the players pick right up again. Because of that, you should be ready to give your full attention and energy to the game.
A Penn State fan made a hockey game even more exciting.
Devon Fields was focused on watching the game. Like most people, he was set on having a great time.
Out of the blue, one of Bon Jovi’s hit songs was played.
Apparently, “Livin’ On A Prayer” was that one song that got the entire crowd going at the game. That included Devon.
As soon as he heard the song, he started dancing.
His sunglasses came down and he started shaking. The people near him were cheering him on. Some were even clapping as he shook his hips and moved his arms.
Then, he made his way down the aisle.
And there, he started busting out more serious moves. He was shaking and moving his body as if it was his own concert. At one point, he even pointed at a young fan as if asking him to join his ‘show’. Surprisingly, the boy was more than happy to show his own moves.
Everyone was happy to see Devon dance.
And that encouraged him to give it his best. He took off his scarf and started swinging it over his head. Looking at how he moved, you can clearly say that he’s owning the moment.
Devon’s moves to the 80s classic impressed the audience.
“Livin’ On A Prayer” is Bon Jovi’s signature song.
First released in 1986, it was the band’s first number 1 hit on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. Even though it was released years ago, it continues to sell copies and earn fans around the world.
The band has reworked the song a couple of times. They made an acoustic live version and a re-recorded version. Despite the changes, the impact of the song hasn’t changed – not even a bit. Whether you play it on the streets or during a live hockey game, people’s reactions will still be the same.
When Devon’s little show ended and he went back to his seat, he was met with lots of high-fives. It’s solid proof that everyone enjoyed watching him.
Devon’s dancing has earned more than 3 million views.
