We are used to having singing and dancing competitions, and these kinds of shows mostly make up the general idea of a talent show. But, in reality, talent can be anything and it doesn’t always have to be related to music.
There are other gifts that can be associated with art or athletics. And of course, there’s acting and comedy. But these guys that you’re about to meet are talented in a truly unique way.
They are the Lovell Fourth Ward, a Christian youth group from Lovell, Wyoming, and their quirky talent will blow you away.
The group is made up of six young men. They decided to join a local talent show and their skit is neither a musical nor an artistic one. Their act is not sporty but is absolutely quirky and fun!
There was no music as the curtains parted, signaling the start of the men’s skit. It was quiet as everyone waited for them to begin. All six of them can be seen sitting right next to each other, their backs hunched over and their heads placed over their folded arms.
It was a unique way to begin their act, and people are growing intrigued by the minute.
A few moments later, the leftmost guy suddenly sits straight, revealing that he is wearing sunglasses. He instantly snapped his fingers, creating the team’s very own background music.
One by one, the other members of the group sat up and began snapping their fingers in harmony. From left to right, each guy brings his head up and snaps away. They were starting to become hilarious.
People must have thought that music will soon play in the air once the last guy sits up, but they were mistaken.
Instead, the clapping skit finally begins and the audience was silenced as they watched the young men clap in sync. They were absolutely captivating!
The guys clapped each other’s hands, tapped loudly on their thighs, and even slapped their chests. It was a mesmerizing act, and people are quietly enjoying each synchronized clap with bated breath. Were they expecting the boys to crack under pressure? Probably! It may have looked simple, but this act is not easy at all.
The Lovell Fourth Ward guys were in deep concentration. They weren’t even smiling, but honestly, their blank expressions even made their act funnier!
At one point, the audience thought that the clapping was over so they applauded, probably thinking “What could be better than that?”
But oops, they were wrong. It was just a short interval because the boys could actually do more!
Two of them did an exhilarating number of fast clapping in perfect sync and it was awesome! People watching can’t help but cheer loudly. Their synchronized clapping was incredible and simply jaw-dropping!
The room burst in loud cheers after the group ended their epic hand-clapping skit. What a marvelous performance!
While the group has other clips for their other acts, this breathtaking skit is still the most viral, earning over 10 million views on YouTube to date. Isn’t that incredible?
