Whenever the Olympics rolls around one of the most exciting sports to watch is gymnastics. It’s absolutely mind-blowing how much strength and stamina a gymnast has to have.

Gymnasts usually start at a fairly young age and spend years in the gym perfecting their craft. Which is exactly why they’re so impressive to watch.

Although the Olympics is a more popular time to watch gymnastics, there are all kinds of championships that go unseen. The 2010 Gymnastics World Championships in Wroclaw, Poland is one that you definitely won’t want to miss.

A Ukraine gymnastic team showed off their insane acrobatic skills and they’ll likely take your breath away.

The moment this marvelous trio hit the mat they grabbed the audience’s attention. Their opening routine had everyone on their toes wondering what exactly are these three going to do?

Little did they know it was about to get all kinds of insane.

Seriously you’ll be rubbing your eyes wondering if this even real life… The trio formed an effortless pyramid and that’s when the one gymnast on top did a backflip on top of her other teammates! Talk about some serious skills.

These gymnasts definitely had a bag of tricks up their sleeves. But that was only a preview of their incredible ability.

They went on to stack on top of each other’s shoulders and then the gymnast on top held herself up by just holding onto her partner’s hands.

With her extreme flexibility, she bent all the backward while being held in the air by her two other teammates.

It looked like absolute madness! The trio moved with so much precision and synchronicity, they look as if they were born to do gymnastics together. The art of gymnastics has been around since the earliest athletic competitions.

Ancient Greeks were actually the first to bring gymnastics to light and in 1896 it made its debut at the first Olympic Games in Athens!

The sport takes serious flexibility, agility and strength. This trio of gymnasts definitely proves they have all that and more. Their flawless routine blows away the audience as they show off another incredible lift.

While all three of them balance on each other with their entire body weight.

Somehow they barely move a muscle while holding such a challenging position. Their amazing performance left the crowd roaring and once you see it for yourself you will too. Surprisingly the trio only placed 3rd in the 2010 World Championship.

Which just goes to show how much mind-boggling talent there was.

This marvelous gymnastic routine has over 31 million views on YouTube and viewers were absolutely astonished by their performance. A viewer named Eman Hashim commented saying,

“didn’t know this is even humanly possibly. Simply WOW!”

Another viewer named orangeapples wrote,
