There are many challenges that come with getting older. Although the obvious challenge is that our bodies may get weaker or more fragile, the bigger challenge may be to remain young in the mind and to keep a positive outlook. Although we generally think of old age as a time where most people slow down and do less, the truth is that we should strive to stay as active as we can. After all, plenty of older people have more energy and joy for life than younger people do.

One grandma is proving this point with her own dance video which was recently uploaded to YouTube.

Does anyone out there remember Usher’s “You Make Me Wanna” music video?

For those who don’t (you’re missing out), there’s an iconic part of the video where Usher has some dance choreography that’s done from a chair. In her own video, one spirited grandma does a pretty smooth version of Usher’s choreography—complete with jumps, turns and elaborate hand movements. The entire video is filmed by another family member who takes in all of her moves.

At the end of the video, both grandma and the person filming start laughing.

The clip is coming close to getting a million views on YouTube—and it’s easy to see why.

So many of the limitations we face in life are self-imposed. If we keep ourselves healthy and maintain our bodies and minds, there’s no reason why we can’t keep having fun and staying young—no matter how old we are. The grandma in this clip had dance moves that were so good they even got featured on ABC News! Not all of us can expect to be as good of a dancer as she is, but we can all try to have as much fun as she does.

Never stop dancing, everybody!
