Audrey was bustin’ some real moves.

And as expected, the Zumba community was quick to notice.

The fact that Audrey of Louisville, Kentucky suffers from a disorder called Diamond-Blackfan Anemia, which prevents the creation of red blood cells, makes her even more special.

Yet she remains full of energy.

Audrey doesn’t seem to be experiencing her anemic condition’s potential energy loss.

She was invited to dance with a group of Zumba teachers at the International Zumba Conference in Orlando, Florida after the Zumba dancers watched her videos.

But what exactly is Zumba?

Why is it such a huge hit?

Zumba is a form of aerobic exercise that uses Latin dance moves to help you burn calories and get fit.

It’s a fun way to get active, and one of the best things about it is that you don’t need any special equipment or clothing.

You just need to come as you are!

The main difference between Zumba and other types of aerobics workouts is the role of the music.

Zumba is all about the music.

In traditional aerobics classes, you might hear some music in the background but it’s not really part of your workout—it’s just there to set a mood.

In Zumba, however, the rhythm and beat of the music are vital components in your workout experience.

Many people enjoy this workout.

Zumba classes are typically held in gyms or specialized fitness studios.

You will have an instructor teaching you a series of dance moves, which you’ll follow and repeat throughout the class.

These classes last for an hour, but they don’t feel like it because they’re so much fun.

Zumba is a fun way to get fit and feel great about yourself.

It’s also easy on your joints, so it’s great for people who don’t like the impact of other types of aerobic exercise. And if you’re looking for an element of competition, Zumba has that too.

If you’re looking for a hobby that’s both fun and healthy, you better try this one out!

Lower your expectations, though.

We don’t think anyone can dance better than Audrey.
