Is there anything better than four irresistible men singing some of the best songs in the world? Well, these four guys did just that, only they added in a bit of a nod to dads across the world, touching the hearts of millions.
The Gentlemen of Gentri
Gentri is short for The Gentlemen Trio, a group of tenors who have been singing together since 2014. When they started singing, they blew up right away. With their incredible harmonies and unique musical style, it’s no wonder they are so popular! The only thing that’s changed is they aren’t always a “trio” anymore.
“Pioneering a signature sound they call “Cinematic Pop,” the music of GENTRI is transfused with lush, epic orchestrations and rich, dynamic three-part harmonies all composed by the group’s producer Stephen Nelson.”
Casey Elliot
Elliot grew up in Bountiful, Utah where he found his calling with music.
“Growing up in a musical family, Casey’s love for music started at a young age as he watched and learned from his parents, accomplished musicians themselves.”
Brad Robins
Robins was raised in Centerville, Utah loving sports before he found his passion for singing and acting.
“… thanks to some incredible teachers, little to nothing could hold him back from getting on stage any way he could.”
Bradley Quinn Lever
Lever from Salt Lake City, Utah began his singing career when he was young.
“Critics and audiences alike have lauded his powerful high tenor voice, and his talents continue to bring him to venues across the United States and abroad.”
Stephen Nelson
Nelson is a composer, producer, and songwriter for the group, also known as the guy behind the piano.
“… he has written and produced for major corporations, charity organizations, Disney, and Sony Masterworks.”
Featuring Jay Warren
Warren is an incredibly talented recording artist who hails from Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined the group for something extra special this time around.
“He has been involved with music from a very young age as he started singing in his school and church choirs at the age of 8 years old.”
“Because You Loved Me”
February 20th, 1996 marked the release of the song “Because You Loved Me”, by Celine Dion. It was a chart-topper and massively popular in the United States. Written by Diane Warren, it is a tribute to someone who gave the singer strength and a voice.
When Gentri got their hands on it, they worked some serious magic. With their tenor harmonies and exquisite solos, they do something truly unique. By adding Jay Warren into the mix, the song takes on heights that Celine probably never thought her original piece would!
